SharpByDesign will handle lost or delayed items until the shipping company has “delivered” the item. When the Item is marked delivered by the shipping company, it is then the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company to make a claim.

You, the customer, picking the shipping company should choose a carrier with this information in mind:

USPS will ship with no insurance or signature. If you choose this option, you agree to assume all the risk of lost or stolen items.

UPS will ship with insurance and signature when required for insurance.

FedEx will ship with insurance and a signature when required for insurance.
